We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if for any reason you're not, we accept returns within 4 days of receiving the item.

At our store, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-made and pre-sized dresses that meet our customers' unique needs. If you're ordering a pre-sized dress, we recommend that you consult our sizing table before placing your order to ensure a proper fit.  If you're ordering a custom-made dress, please make sure to provide accurate measurements and specifications when placing your order.

If there are any issues with the dress, please let us know and we'll work with you to resolve the issue. If you have any questions about sizing, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're happy to help you find the right size for you. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vanillawfg.com to receive a return authorization number. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Depending on your location, return shipping costs may be covered by us. Please contact us to confirm if your return is eligible for free return shipping.

Returned items must be sent no later than 14 days after you receive the item. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 days, and you'll receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
